Solution
Quickturn Proto Panel
48–72 hour prototype panels when capacity slots are open. Slot calendar published weekly for planning transparency.
Quickturn prototype panels for engineering validation and early NPI builds. Slot availability is published weekly — not hidden behind a "contact us for lead time" wall. When slots are full, the calendar says so and shows the next open window so firmware and mechanical teams can plan around a real date.
Proto panels are deliberately scoped: they are not a silent shortcut into production pricing. Gerber lock at gate 0 is required before a slot is claimed; late CAM changes push the panel to the next published window.
- Lead time: 48–72 hours from Gerber lock to panel shipment when a slot is open
- Slot calendar: updated weekly on the service page — real, not aspirational
- Scope: 2–8 layer, FR-4 standard, ENIG or HASL finish
- Limits: proto quantities only — production must migrate to a capacity pack
- Docs: panel traveler and basic electrical spot-check notes ship with the lot
