Conformal Coat Station

Selective conformal coating for industrial controllers, outdoor enclosures, and marine electronics. Masked-board photos are documented per program so buyers see keepout zones before the first board enters the spray booth — not after a connector fails hipot because coating crept into the contact.

Material selection (acrylic, silicone, or urethane) follows the operating environment and repairability preference. UV tracer inspection under blacklight logs coverage per board; IPC-CC-830 qualification language is available when the contract calls for it.
