SecondGate runs two-shot programs where tactile quality and bond integrity are non-negotiable. Scientific molding windows are logged per cavity with pressure curves shared at FAI — buyers see the process, not just the part.

• Hard substrate: ABS, PC/ABS, or PA66-GF in natural or pre-colored grades
• Soft overmold: TPE Shore A 40–70 with REACH-compliant recipes for EU interiors
• Bond validation: cross-section microscopy per cavity at PPAP gate 2
• Color hold notes published for each resin combination
• Rotary platen or core-back tooling depending on EAU
